Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally featured in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a key detailing various sections of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
